Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. General Information
1.1. All registrations and payment transactions made through the Gymboree İzmir website are subject to the provisions of the pre-information form and the distance sales contract. Users who complete these transactions are deemed to have accepted the relevant agreements.
1.2. All transactions are carried out within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
2. Cancellation of Service and Right of Withdrawal
2.1. For service purchases (training programs, events, camps, etc.), cancellations notified in writing at least 3 business days before the program start date will be fully refunded.
2.2. For cancellations made less than 3 business days before the program start date, only unused services are refunded, and a 10% processing fee may be deducted for organizational expenses.
2.3. If the participant voluntarily begins the service, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. This is evaluated within the scope of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Make-up Sessions and Missed Participation
3.1. If the participant cannot attend the program due to health reasons, a make-up session can be scheduled upon submission of a medical report, or the unused portion of the service fee may be refunded.
3.2. Make-up rights for missed sessions due to non-health related reasons are at the discretion of Gymboree İzmir.
4. Use of the Right of Withdrawal
4.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the start of the purchased service. The withdrawal request must be submitted in writing via e-mail or the contact form.
4.2. Following the notification, the refund of the payment, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method used by the BUYER.
4.3. If the BUYER has approved the commencement of the service before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
5. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
5.1. Services such as date-specific events, promotional/campaign registrations, one-on-one sessions planned specifically for personal needs, and programs that have already begun are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
5.2. Refunds cannot be made for services provided electronically and performed instantly.
6. Refund Process

6.2. Any transaction fees (wire transfer, EFT, bank commissions, etc.) incurred during cancellation and refund processes will be covered by Gymboree İzmir.
7. Payment and Security
7.1. Payments are securely processed via bank transfer, EFT, or online credit card options.
7.2. In case of any payment issue arising from unauthorized use, system error, or force majeure, the BUYER will be informed, and the process will be handled in compliance with the applicable legislation.
