As the Data Controller, we would like to inform you, in accordance with Article 10 of KVKK, that we process your Personal Data listed below by complying with the general principles in Article 4 of KVKK, that we attach importance to the security of personal data belonging to the Data Subject, and that we have an obligation to provide this clarification.

• Purposes of Transaction Security Processing:
Personal data may be collected in order to determine the total number of visitors to www.baggi.com.tr belonging to Baggi Tekstil İthalat ve İhracat Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., to obtain statistical information regarding how many times a visitor uses the Site, for what purpose, on which pages they remain and for how long, and to help dynamically generate content on specially designed pages by determining the user profile.

Your Personal Data is collected automatically when accessing the Site, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 5/2 of KVKK.

4. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

You may withdraw your Explicit Consent at any time.

Manas Bulvarı Folkart Towers No:47/B A Blok K:24 D:2407 Bayraklı / İzmir in writing, or by other application methods prescribed by the Board in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost and the conditions set by the Personal Data Protection Board are met, the Data Controller may charge the fee specified in the tariff.
